Step 1: Submit the form below.

In order to start getting clients for you, we need to get you in our system and on our website. The following information will get us started:

Step 2: Getting Your Systems Set up.

We use 4 different platforms.

  1. Theranest is our EHR

  2. I use Gusto to run payroll. Check your email for an invitation to fill out your direct deposit and tax information.

  3. Spruce is our App for HIPAA compliant team communication AND messaging with parents. You’ll want to enable Spruce notifications once you get the invite from me. This is our main way to stay connected.

  4. We use Zoom for team calls

    For future reference, here are the login pages for Theranest and Spruce. You will need to wait until I add you in order to log in for the first time:
