  • The fun stuff

In the morning, my favorite thing to do is wake up early and honor my body with whatever kind of movement feels good. Sometimes it’s yoga, sometimes an intense workout. I love starting the day in the quiet, with movement under the stars.

Here are some other fun facts about me.

I’ve explored the Arctic Circle for two weeks with my family.

Before I had my twins, I was a Division I softball player, internationally competitive Crossfitter and triathlete. I once ran a marathon in the Redwoods.

When our twins were just 7 weeks old, my wife Arzetta and I spent 18 nights in our 1987 Vanagan, traveling to Yosemite and back.
